CLEAR also offers a Home Modem with wi-fi which combines the functionality of a modem and router in one device. The CLEAR USB Modem for on-the-go use is small enough to fit in your pocket. Simply plug it into your laptop and get super quick wireless internet anywhere in the CLEAR coverage area.
- Is CLEAR easy to set up?
Yes. With CLEAR, there’s no installation, no scheduling appointments and no phone lines required. You simply plug the CLEAR modem into your home computer or laptop and get online.
- How secure is the CLEAR network?
CLEAR runs on an extremely secure network using WiMAX 4G technologies. WiMAX broadcasts in a licensed spectrum using OFDM technology. This technology uses a licensed 2.5 Ghz frequency and ensures secure wireless data transmission.
- How fast is CLEAR Mobile and CLEAR Home?

- What devices are compatible with CLEAR?

- I ordered CLEAR. When do I get the equipment?
Call us at 1-877-465-0048 today to order your CLEAR package and all your equipment. If you place your order by 3:30 p.m. (EST) today, we’ll get it to you by tomorrow. Everything is shipped to you via UPS or FedEx overnight. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. on Fridays and weekends will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- How can I tell if my CLEAR service has been activated?
You will need to visit Clear.com to set up your My Account information. Upon completing your My Account set up, you will be ready to browse the internet. Open a browser and go to your favorite web site. If you can connect to the site, your CLEAR modem is active. If you are re-directed to the CLEAR website, there was a problem with the activation. Wait 5 minutes and check your connection. If it still won’t connect, restart your computer and check the connection or contact CLEAR at 1-866-387-5060 between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. 7 days a week.
